Currently, inside of Neos, the number of days until the due date for checklist items are can be changed for different reasons.
Firstly, during Medical Malpractice cases, the Lim dates can be extended if a Notice of Intent is filed. Secondly, if it is a child, the date would be based upon the date of negligence compared o the child's age. The LIM date would be the child's 6th birthday, or two years from the date of the negligent act, whichever is the latest.
