Intake Appointment Party Field should automatically populate with the intake party.

When creating an Intake Appointment, there is a field for filling in the party in question. Would be best to have this automatically fill in this information as the appointment is likely to be the same person as the intake; however, in the worst case, you should still allow users to select a different party if they wish.
