Currently, the multiple document generation extends to party and provider and primarily targets requesting medical records. One customer has suggested that multiple document generation also extends to insurance and value tab documents. They pointed out that many firms and medical providers are relying more and more on online medical record/ billing requesting sites like "Chartswap". Eventually, firms won't be generating as many records requests through their case management software.
One firm has their medical providers listed under "medical" prompt when they are prompted to select for generating their templates and not under "provider". So they are unable to select multiple choices because of this and it would be helpful to add other options to the multiple document generation feature so firms don't have to change their existing merge template set up.
