Scroll bar is not user friendly

The new "hover to get scroll bar" feature causes more mouse use and pin-point control. It may look cool, but it isn't user friendly. Fast, efficient = a good program, not the graphics. Whenever you have to remove hand from the keyboard, grab the mouse, point it to a very small location on the screen and maneuver the mouse carefully in a straight line to get what you need, you are wasting time and causing hand strain. A very needed improvement is increasing the keyboard and decreasing the mouse use. This feedback was given multiple times in the very beginning of 5.0, but has been ignored to date.
