Top 25 cases only showing in search

We have clients with more than 25 cases. The search only shows the Top 25, of which some of those top 25 cases are not even opened anymore. While some of our open active cases are not showing on the search list at all. We have one client in particular that has 32 cases, but only 6 open cases. Of those 6 open cases only 4 of them are showing in the Top 25, making it nearly impossible to search for her cases, unless you can remember the case number. Also, the reports NONE of which show all the open cases or all 32 if here cases either. Even Neos support could not get a report to show all of this clients 32 cases on one report.
