Link note in Notes tab to Record/Requests it pertains to

When noting in the notes tab pertaining to a particular request in detail, have an drop down menu where you can choose a request it pertains to. So when you are are in the Record/Request tab you can either see those notes directly or have an additional tab that has complied all the notes for that record/request. The notes section within record/request is too small and becomes messy when there are multiple notes pertaining to a request.
