Merge templates: Tagging for multi-party/provider when a firm migrates from Needles

When converting codes to tags for migrating firms, we should also look at the prompts as outlined in Needles to create the identifier/prompt in the Neos tag.

Add the identifier designated in Needles to identify the prompt. For example, "Select Client" or "Select Defendant" [add to the actual tag for the field | Select Our Client].

The Name of the Needles prompt table is dba.wp_documents.
