Counsel Tab - Checkbox for if they are Active on the Case

Would like the option to check a box on the counsel tab indicating whether or not this attorney is still assigned to the case.

If they are no longer assigned to the case, this box would be able to then filter that attorney from appearing in the drop down when generating documents from templates, etc.
