Document uploaded in case tab to be link to other tab such as litigation tab

Spoke with Sarah she was wondering the document she uploads in the case tab should be also shown i the litigation tab if they are related. So once the document is uploaded in case tab and she filled out the form in litigation tab she should be able to click on hyperlink and open the same file rather than going back to case doc to view it. 

She wanted the same funciton in the medical tab and as well the record/request tab.
