Neos - Add Ability to See of a Name in a Check Request is linked to QuickBooks

When viewing checks in the queue, it would be helpful to see if a name (party or provider) is linked to a name in QuickBooks before posting the check to QuickBooks. This would allow the user to go link any names from Neos that may already exist in QuickBooks.
