Need to be able to delete and/or merge duplicate intakes - especially when the intakes are created via the Zapier integration. Often clients will submit more than one inquiry for the same potential case. An easier way to quickly clean up duplicates, either by the added ability to merge intakes or delete duplicate intakes, is much needed.
