Ideas & Enhancements
The "Add Note" feature would be very useful if added to Providers and not just "cases." Especially with lack of ability to search "user-defined" fields in Provider Advanced Search.
It would be nice to easily have notes on a provider such as: "Only likes hardcopies, does not read emails" or "only available september-April each year" or "Expert only for Defense" etc
Please add note within the contact information that would really help us to see the additional information with in the same page
