Fix the Timekeeping to Make it Easy to Export

The current timekeeping format is ok, a little over engineered but it's impossible to get out of Needles for use with fee motions or billing clients with the required information in an easy, simple fashion. Don't chuck it in with the rest of the million report functions, make a simple way to print/export basic things from the timekeeping function like date/description of tasks performed/time spent and calculate against an hourly rate. This is what a legal timekeeping function is for, not just for filling out fields and getting it stuck in Needles. You guys created half the solution and forgot about the other half - getting the entries out in a format that can be actually used outside of the firm.
