Mini Directory Sort

When I type a partial string into a list box and then click the drop down, the highlighted result is at the bottom and one still needs to scroll to see additional matches. If the highlighted item is at the top then additional matches would appear in plain view and scrolling would not be needed. Specifically see Notes Tab, Topic list box
