Add Client/Case # as Column for Browse Documents

While it is nice to see all the general documents being added, this would be helpful to know what case the document is associated with. Also, if from this tab, we could then go into that case, that would be even more logical and helpful. As of now, I have to open a document to see what client it is for, which wastes time.
