RingCentral has a Conference call and video feature. This would allow firms to have a conference call with client in which they are able to see them on Video as well. This would help as some clients are unable to come to the office. This would also be beneficial for the law firm's for their need to witness the client's signing of documents. During this pandemic, virtual visits are something that will probably not go away, why not have the same for law firms? Less traffic in the office will allow staff to concentrate on their jobs.
