Edit Document Name when Saving From a Tagged Email

If I receive a random email from someone with a document, I can save the document, but it gets saved with whatever name the sender names it, which never matches our protocol for document naming. In addition to selecting the categories, we should be able to rename a document from a tagged email as there is no ability to go into that case to rename it and is yet another giant time waste that Neos has created for us.
