Neos | Allow users to add custom values to a mini directory for Provider Card phone types.

We would like to add several new phone type categories to our provider cards and would like to do this without having to manually enter the data on each individual provider card. It would be helpful if there was a Mini Directory for this phone type drop down that we could add these types to so they carry over to other provider cards.

Currently we can manually enter a new type into this field, but it does not carry over to other provider cards.
