Age At DOI is blank when Party's age is under 1 year old

When creating a new document from a template that includes Age At DOI ([[ Age At DOI | Case.Parties.AgeAtDateOfIncident ]]), the document is supposed to calculate the age and insert the number in the document during generation. Currently, if the Party is under 1, the document is generated and the age of DOI remains blank
