Notifications - New Documents Received

Allow a function in NEOS to notify staff persons and/or staff assigned to the file that new documents have been added - possibly by using a tag so that not all documents added would trigger an alert to the staff. SharePoint does have this ability; however, it is a requested and needed feature for NEOS.
