Allow appointments to be marked as done/complete from the My Appointments section of the My Dashboard. Rather than having to click into the calendar allow the item to be marked done in the My Appointments section. Also, allow color coding of the items like the Office 365 Outlook calendar allows. When an item is marked done turn the item gray so it can easily be seen as marked as done. if the item is an all day event/untimed event then allow the item to be changed to gray and moved to the bottom of the list whenever it is marked as done. This way it is easy to see which tasks remain open and which ones are still pending for the day.
Event marked DONE or CANCELED on the calendar should be marked as such or disappear from My dashboard.
And we should be able to see more easily if an event is marked DONE/OPEN/CANCELED on the calendar. Right now it's barely visible. Needles used to have colors for different status and it was more visible
