Quantify record counts in left column of display

There are a number of elements in the various Needles left column displays that may contain multiple records (Notes, Insurance, Records/Requests, etc.).  It would be nice to see the count of records to the right of the entry like:

Insurance (0)
Notes (32)
Records/Requests (8)

Seeing the value '0' is relevant as it can help highlight missing data.
