Editable Intake Date

The intake date field on the case tab is an editable date field but while it is still an intake it is just a locked bit of text. The date on an intake should auto-populte with todays date like it does now but you should also be able to edit the field just in case you have to back-date an intake.

This helps immensly for those who use intake audits seriously as a part of their business evaluation.
