Direct Message from a List Entry with information from that entry

We have a list tab that is used by our Investigator and would like to be able to message from a specific list entry on the case to another Neos user with specific information from that entry. Essentially we would want to Add 'Send Message' under the Actions button to send specific data from the tab - letting the user choose which information to send.
