Direct Scan to a Case without Automatic Folder Naming

At the moment, the only way to scan directly into a case is if there is a default document path set for that case. This is only set by the auto folder naming feature and there is no manual way to set this. If a case is selected for scanning that does not have a default document path set, the scanner utility just closes as Needles does not know what to do with the document. It should instead bring up a window asking where the user would like to save the document.

This affects both the Sybase and SQL versions of Needles.
