The City field does not allow for long town names to be added. The town name must be shortened in order to fit into the Needles database. It would be good to have a flexible scale similar to the "Case Fields" where you can change the character size of City
I attemped to post a new case to the API with “Brownstown Charter Township” as the City and it errored with “could not execute batch command.[SQL: SQL not available]”
I changed it to “Brownstown Charter” and it posted. Apparently Needles doesn’t accept a long city name. Your error message for a 27 character long city name obviously isn't helpful so I tried changing one element at a time until it worked.
It would be great if you both accepted a longer city name and gave a reasonable error message if we exceed your limit.
