Increase the cahracters of the description of the mini directories

The firm who use mini directories wants to increase the number of characters entered as description. Currently it takes 500 character they want to increase it to 1,000. The firm I was talking to uses QuickFill when sending text to a client. They have to send separate text rather than 1. They want to put all information in one message and send to client. 

The user I was working with had total of 737 character of text she was sending.
