Add Option to Add Case Dates and Dates from User Defined Tabs to Calendar

Right now, we have to enter dates in Case Dates AND in our Wit/Exp/Depo tab (a user-defined tab that tracks witnesses, depo dates, depo related information, and other information on the witness). 

It would be nice if we had an option for those dates to by synchronized with the calendar without having to manually enter the dates multiple times.
