There's a Folder link under the Case tab for each Case. This link opens the client folder in SharePoint so you can see the list of subfolders and files

It will be useful to keep all case docs organized in subfolders, and have the ability to compress and send these subfolders through email in NEOS. Taking us to SharePoint serves little purpose for sending these files from NEOS through an email to a client, or a provider. For us, we hold hundreds, if not, thousands of files for CT scans, and other medical procedures.
Sadly, setting a bunch of categories, and types is not a valid option, as then I still would have to search through many files to select the ones I need instead of selecting one folder, and sending it as a compressed folder like a ZIP file. As many of your(NEOS) clients need everything to as organized a physically possible as we process more and more files as we push into the future. I feel if this does not change, many firms large and small will choose to use third party solutions to manage files instead of purely using NEOS, and this simply doesn't feel like something which any of your users should have to face.
