Cloud - Create a theme for the linked Sharepoint Site

When creating the new SharePoint site we should have an option to deploy the Neos Theme. This will help tie-in the site to Neos adding continuity to the product. The site can be created using Microsoft Fluent UI Theme Designer and deployed with a powershell command.

Firms are having difficulty understanding that Neos doesn't have it's own file storage and having the site created with the look of Neos will help with the uncertainty of why they have to use the 365 Business/Enterprise products.
