Ability to "Stay" a case and suspend or pause the Checklist

We have a large batch of cases that are currently stayed pending the resolution of a collateral issue, but checklist items are still appearing in the Needles Today tab, which can become a bit overwhelming. Right now, as far as I know, the only ways to get rid of these items is to either close the case or hit "N/A" on them.

The case stayed feature should, if implemented, give us the ability to suspend certain checklist items, while keeping others like Statute of Limitations items or items that we select when we build our checklist.
