The Neos case search feature displays case rows and preview, but to access other Staff assigned to cases, you have to enter the case, click on Case tab and scroll down.
It would be great to have the ability to show certain staff in the Search rows as an additional column, or in the case preview, under Primary staff.
This would be a huge timesaver - for taking phone calls and distributing mail to the staff 2 assigned.
I agree with this, having to select another tab then scroll to see who the case is assigned too.
