File menu date calculator is Anchored to the window and can't see dates in cases

The Date calculator from the FILE menu in Needles 4 popped up in a separate window overtop the case so you can still see and use the date fields.  In Needles 5 that opens as a separate window and you can't see the case date fields underneath at the same time or move the date calculator box around the screen.
