It would be nice if you could get more information at a glance from the calendar items, especially on mobile. At the moment, in order to see the notes on a calendar item, you have to open the edit section of the calendar item.
The firm would like to see more details in the initial view of the calendar item like in Needles 4, without having to click the appointment for a pop-up.
In N4, you could see Subject, Appointment Type, Party Name, Location, and Event Details
Currently when you make an event on the Case Calendar, it only pulls the Needles Case Number into the event details (in addition to what you've typed in there) through to Outlook. It would be more helpful for it to pull party information. As it stands now, we have to search the case number from our Outlook calendar to figure out which client the event is associated with. Or we have to type the client name into the event title so that we can avoid the search.
Would like more information on the Neos calendar items at a glance (like the note on the pop-up preview) or would like the ability to customize what displays.
