Expand the size of the comment text box for user defined tabs.

If we are in the counsel tab and we are adding comments it expand to the next line and makes it easy to read.

If I were in the record/request tab (user defined tab) when entering data in the finding line it stays in one line and doesnt expand to next line or populate next line.

I cant view the field type of either of the boxes. to determine what they are using. When you add a new field to the layout and you able to select the field type you want; but when you want to go back to view the field type how can we do that?
