In Needles 4 and Needles 5, you have the ability to select from a large range of information. In Neos, you are limited to only specific fields. Need to be able to add more variety and add in the basic fields such as DOB, Ability to add to multiple case types, assign to different staff, add to Case date fields, add in a party role, etc.
