NEOS - Notes Quick-View Window

That window that pops up on the right hand side of the screen when you click once on a note is too small/narrow. It makes reading longer notes difficult without going fully into the note. It would be nice if there was an option to have that pane pop up on the bottom of the screen and go the width of the page. Then the notes wouldn't be so scrunched up.
