Document Generator should have drop downs

The Category box in the document generator should be a drop down so you know the options. The problem we run into is that we have a Rejections, SS Rejections, and WC Rejections. However when you type Rejections, document in all 3 categories come up. Sometimes I think the searching brings up too much.
