Checklist Summary report should default to the staff that is logged in

When running the checklist summary the user that is logged in should be the default selection when running the Checklist Summary report.  Currently, I have to de-select the first staff code in the list and select myself.  I would normally run this report for myself.

    Maybe related, maybe it's own request, but creating a new checklist Item should also default to logged in user
