Remove the 'add Note' button from the head of the case - when suers are on the Notes tab, it is confusing because they think that is where they are supposed to cliek to ad a note.
Instead of removing the case header "Add Note" button, maybe change the name to "Add Alert" or something similar (without the word "Note") to differentiate this from the Notes Tab.
