It would be helpful to have the list of Known Issues updated as a time saver - I had several issues this week and almost all of them were known issues. However, it took some time with the tech support rep to go over the issue, look for fixes, then ultimately identify them as known. We could submit a ticket to advise we are also having whatever the issue is and no one would have to take action on it. Thank you!
