Neos Calendar fix time ending before start issue

Please fix the time ending before start time issue. If you have an appointment at 11:00 am and wand to end it at 12:00 pm, Neos will start the appointment off at 11:00am and end at 11:15am. To make the end time at 12:00 pm you must first select pm, then type 12:00. Otherwise if you start typing 12 before switching to pm, Neos throws an error.

The logic should be changed to automatically roll pm over if 12 > 11
