Neos - Values auto create DTF

In Needles 5, creating an expense and paying for the expense automatically created a DTF amount. In Neos, creating an expense and DTF are manual and different. If the user does not input everything properly AND then click the DTF box - which is not highlighted or otherwise have attention drawn to it - the DTF is not created.
