Ideas & Enhancements
When using the multi-record list feature, it is not ideal to use when the list is for sending to multiple counsel. When the list is created (3rd image), the name and full address are side-by-side instead on top of each other. When creating columns for the counsel, it appears as the 2nd image. It would be ideal to have it appear as the 1st image.
