We need to the option to tag a case when creating an appointment in Outlook Calendar for a shared calendar we have editing rights to. Currently, we can only tag a case in Outlook if it is in our calendar and not a shared calendar. If we create the calendar event in the shared outlook calendar, then we have to go back into Neos and tag the case.
Yes!! This! My entire firm schedules various types of appointments constantly, imagine having all of these on your own calendar. Please add this feature, we want to be able to edit shared calendars in outlook and tag them to Neos!
