Allow bulk editing of cases whether they are the same case type or not

I have always updated the staff assigned for multiple cases all at once and never had issues until Neos. It does not allow you to update bulk cases unless they are the same case type. So if we have a new employee start, I cannot just select all the cases I want him/her to take over, I have to group them by different case types. My firm has over 10 case types so its pretty time consuming having to do one case type at a time.
