Neos - Provided pop-up notice when LIM item is already marked Done, but Case Date/DOI it references is modified/added

If a case date is entered and the LIM items are marked done; it will create a duplicate of the LIM item and mark it open. This happens when adding or modifying Case Date/DOI.

In Needles 5.0, when a DOI/Case Date is modified or added, there is a pop-up message confirming that there were items already marked Done referencing this Case Date/DOI and asking if you would like to re-open it.

This would be a good idea to use in Neos as well in the case that a Case Date/DOI is entered incorrectly.
