Check box for value item to show it was confirmed or reduced

This will allow for ease to know whether the amount was confirmed or reduced without having to click into the item itself.

Remove the Neos Contact ID When Printing Checks

When adding vendors/customers the ID associated to contacts in Neos is appended to the name if there are duplicates. Having the "print name on check as" set to the contact name without the ID would save time.
