Ideas & Enhancements
When emailing a note from Needles, you have to create the note, save the note, open the same note, and then send it out. It would be easier to have a one-step process to export the note to your email or to use the 3 dot system that was previously used to export documents from Needles.
This would bring back some much-needed relief for our staffs and get us back on track with creating efficiencies in the system

It would also be helpful if in the drop down where you can choose to send the email, it would show "Email to Case Manager" or "Email to Attorney"

I agree! This was one of the first things I noticed when starting with Neos. It would also be great to be able to begin a new note while looking at other notes. Right now we have to go to the "all notes" page, then click new note. In older versions of Needles, we were able to create a new note while looking at another note.
