Whenever emailing a case document from Neos, it would be a neat feature if the recipient would also receive a link/button they could click that would automatically open the case.

So whenever someone emails me a document from a case, I then go to Neos and search the case. It would be a really neat feature if there was a button or link that came with the email that would automatically open the case in Neos without having to search.
